  In Point 13 mention the name of the country from where you have come from to Australia for the first time (where you have resided 6 months or more). Mention the period (how long) of residency in the country mentioned in Point 13.

• Ques 11- Is the applicant leaving Australia permanently before the end of the current financial year? (What should you mention in Point 20)

  Choose YES, if you will leave from Australia in the financial year mentioned in Point 19 and mention expected date of departure from Australia.  Otherwise choose NO if they have not left Australia in the financial year mentioned in Point 19.
